My name is Alec and I have been working in the Fitness and Nutrition Industry for over 20 years.

With years of experience, I am capable of analysing your body and creating a fitness and diet plan that will help you reach your goals, whether it’s to lose weight or build muscle.

 

Most plans will include healthy eating and a strict fitness routine to ensure the best results are achieved.

SERVICES

 

  • One off diet plan - £75

  • Monthly diet plan - £55


The diet plan will be written to your individual goals.

Whether that is to drop body fat or to maximize muscle gains, or simply to just get on track with a consistent plan.
This will be done with specific foods and measurements.

This is to ensure a level of accuracy and the best results.

The plan will be written to your likes, and structured to your schedule and goals.
 

  • One off training plan - £75

  • Monthly training plan - £55


The training plan is also written with your individual goals in mind. It will be tailored to accommodate the days that you train, it will be based on a volume and intensity that I feel you should be able to recover from.
All aspects will be explained, including how exercises are to be performed.

This is to ensure the most progress in strength and hypertrophy.
 

  • Online monthly diet & training plan - £100 (Most Popular!)


A tailored diet plan with room for flexibility & a training plan to suit your needs & run in line with your goals at hand.
A weekly check in to see where we are progress wise.

With WhatsApp support.
 

  • PT session - £25 (1 hour)


Block PT bookings:

  • 10 x PT sessions (+ 2 free) - £250

  • 20 x PT sessions - £400​
