BLAZE

Blaze is a full body workout which combines cardiovascular training with strength bringing intense cardio to give a unique HIIT session.

The music is loud, the light colour changes and the instructor’s energy is high! It will be a great feeling.
SPIN
​
This class is a great
cardiovascular workout.
Pedal through resistance based hill climbs, sprints, standing climbs and many other challenging drills
and exercises.
​
All levels welcome.
TABATA
​
Is a method of intensity interval
training that used short
intervals and rest periods.
It is considered very intense.
​
The work intervals are performed with all-out effort and the rests between each interval are minimal.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
​
Small Group Training is with a PT
on the gym floor area,
ideal for beginners to to learn
how to perform various exercises
safely with correct form.

KETTLEBELL BURN
​
Short full body high intensity workout using a kettlebell.
​
This will improve body strength
and stamina, whilst burning
unwanted calories.
CARDIO BURN
​
Cardio Burn is a high intensity full body explosive work out using body weight.
Can be adapted for beginners.

When it comes to fat burning during exercise, high-intensity training can burn more calories than longer aerobic workouts that require you to maintain the same intensity for the duration of the session.
BOOTY ABS

A strong core is essential to the body’s healthy structure, so why not pop into our class designed to develop your core muscles with an added bonus
of using resistance band
for a glute workout.
BOXING
​
Boxing Training For beginners is a cardio workout based on the training used for boxing, so it includes skipping, boxing drills including footwork and
ab exercises – all focusing on
fitness and toning.
SAGA CLUB
​
Aimed at the over 50s but you don’t have to be over that age to
enjoy the class.
This is a circuit class often including spin bikes, ski ergs and walking
at a slower pace.
POWERLIFTING

Powerlifting for anyone
who want to start or learn the
correct form for the three main
compound movements.

BODY SCULPT
​
Body Sculpt is a full body toning class using weights with high reps to keep things fun.
SPIN CIRCUIT

Spin and circuits mixed together.
You will spend a few minutes on the bike then a few minutes off doing a number of different exercises the instructor has to offer.

This class is good for an all over
body workout.
HIIT
​
HIIT is a high intensity interval based cardio workout that will last about 20 mins in total with a warm up and cool down either side.
LADIES BOOTCAMP

Allows the instructor to be creative. Circuit based class in which some weeks it could be cardio,
other weeks it could be weights
or resistance targeting different
body parts each week.

turn up on the day.
KIDS CLASS
​
A circuit based class where
children can be accompanied
by their parents for a fun
filled action packed one
hour work out.
BOOTY BANDS
​
Half an hour work out using resistance bands these are used to rapidly activate your glutes and engage
your hips through an array of
lower body exercises.

The goal is to stimulate legs, glutes and hip complex to give the thigh and butt a more robust physique by creating
a muscular, yet rounded shape.

NUTRITION HUB

A small Q & A for a 45min period for members to ask questions
that are Nutrition & Training Based.
